Odri
Your pet lives on your desktop.
Not a drawing and not a video. It is your own animal: the app cuts it out of your photograph and brings it to life on screen — fur, markings, bent ear and all.
Free, all of it. No Pro tier, no subscription, no trial.1 МБ · macOS 14+

How it works
Three steps, all on your own machine.
- 1
Drop in photos
Ordinary phone shots. The app rejects the ones where the animal is hidden or too small.
- 2
Vision cuts it out
The system separates the animal from the background and finds the joints: head, ears, tail, legs.
- 3
Your pet comes alive
The sprite bends along the rig thirty times a second. Breathing, weight shift, gaze, tail.
What it does
It is yours, not a character
No generative model: the app cuts your animal out of your own photo and bends it with a mesh of control points. That is where the photorealism comes from — every marking a drawing would never get right.
Breathes and wags
Breathing follows an asymmetric curve rather than a sine wave — the chest rises faster than it falls, the way a real animal breathes. The tail never stops.
Watches your cursor
When the mouse is near, your pet turns its head towards it — layered rotation up to fifteen degrees, muzzle in front, ears behind. Depth without any 3D.
Notices you left
Ten seconds without input and she sits. Thirty-five and she lies down. Move the mouse and she gets up. None of this needs a permission.
Walks the window edge
She moves to the edge of the active window and occasionally strolls along it. Switch apps and she follows.
You can pet her
Run the cursor along her back and she leans into your hand and lifts her head. A click makes her turn around.
Poses from your own shots
No need for one perfect full-length photo. Drop in several ordinary ones — standing, sitting, lying down — each becomes a pose, and it moves between them on its own.
Dogs and cats alike
There is no separate cat mode and none is needed: macOS recognises both with the same request and the same twenty-five joints. Whatever you bring comes alive.
Odri collects nothing and never goes online. Your photos stay on your computer.
