If something is broken, the device model, the OS version and what you were doing all help. But write anyway — we will work it out.
The prompter does not follow my voice
Check that the mode is «Za golosom» (voice-following) or coached, not auto-scroll.
Check permissions: Settings → Sufler → Microphone and Speech Recognition.
Check that the script language matches the language you are speaking; it is chosen in the app's settings.
The small window will not open
The floating window over other apps needs Picture in Picture support, which not every device has. If the button is missing entirely, the device cannot do it.
If the button is there but no window appears, close the prompter and open it again.
It recognises the wrong words
Built-in recognition stumbles over names, jargon and numbers. Sufler expects that: it matches by meaning rather than by letters, and holds your position even when the words diverge.
If it drifts badly, check the script language and speak a little closer to the microphone.
Where did my scripts go
Scripts live inside the app on your device. Deleting the app deletes them for good: there are no server copies, because there is no server.
Take history clears itself after 30 days. That is by design, not a fault.
What does it cost
Nothing. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no trial, no limits.
